Emira Au Pair Corporation has signed an Exclusive Sales Agency, Import, Branding and Marketing Agreement with Xiangjing (Shanghai) Mechanical and Electrical Tech Co., Ltd., one of China's largest manufacturers of Advanced Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and intelligent automation systems.
Under the agreement, Emira Au Pair Corporation has been granted exclusive sales territory across North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The Agreement authorizes Emira Au Pair Corporation to import, distribute, market, develop, brand and support these robotics systems throughout North America, enabling the accelerated deployment of intelligent robotics technologies across commercial, industrial, and consumer markets.
